Family separated on trip to California July 2013

I arrived back home after sending my family to San Francisco to visit the grandparents for a month.  What a sadness to be home but it is not home - it's empty.  Especially empty in the girls' room because we moved everything out of it in preparation for moving our house.
  I know why I feel a loss, but it's hard to express it.   I just heated dinner but now don't feel I can eat.

Jubilee felt anxious and very emotional about being apart this morning and last night.   Of course, she has the excitement of being with more family and they're going to have a wonderful time.

I have a lot of important things to do while everyone is gone...

• Find and obtain a job
• Find a rental home near the job
• Move into it
• Make repairs to our apartment
• Make some repairs to the rental house for sale
• Do extra translation work for my company

It's enough to keep me busy, but it is going to make very real the understanding that doing things is not nearly as important as being in relationship with people.

I love you, my family, and pray for a joyous regathering.  I'm glad to have lots of pictures on the computer of you.  Need to find some photo albums too.
